Default Read Cell For number and delete dups


Given the example I have attached (the real file has 22204 lines), I want to read each cell for the occurrence of any contiguous 4 numbers. Then spit out only the 4 digit number in a separate cell (can be the same cell) and delete any duplicates. Thanks in advance...
