Default Delete All Photos in a Specific workbook

I have to work out of the attached workbook for work. Every year I need to upload about 40 photos in the "Photos" tab. I don't need to change anything else in the form, so I just keep using copies of an already completed form.

In the form, the only way to delete photos is to click "Delete Photo" one at a time. Can someone add code so that I can delete all 40 photos at once instead of clicking "Delete photo" 40X? I've tried deleting rows, but that seems to mess up the formatting. The PW to unlock is MBA2013.

I would greatly appreciate someone's help.
