Dear Sir…

I have visited your prestigious web-site and found a lot of useful information regarding how to learn Microsoft excel. Helping You Excel is the first thing I conclude when I saw your web-site, so here I am.

I am working in a company as a procurement engineer, it named CCE, well I am struggling to create a formula on procurement. I would describe it into short steps:-
1- A purchase requisition is simply, a form need to be filled prior to placing a purchase order, shows exactly items need to be purchased, quantity…etc.
2- Once purchase requisition is made, I need to have an option of converting to Pdf and the LOG/Archive sheet/Tab need to be filled automatically with information within purchase requisition, so it is easy to return back at any time.
3- Once purchase order placed, manually I will add, then the cell becomes green, if there is no P.O entered, the cell-related should flash or becomes red, so it is easy could be visualized and I will push until P.O issued.

Well, I made an excel sheet, attached, showed what I am trying to do, as you are an expert, you will figure out what I need exactly.

Hope to hear from you soon,
I have approached many web forums, but no clue. so, for any reason may conflict with your forum rules, please consider this is the only thread is valid and active.
Regards.

please please help.

What you might have posted at the other sites is irrelevant. Besides which you HAVE NOT 'deleted' anything at www.excelforum.com. The other forums have posting rules that you have ignored and, as per my previous reply, there is a cross-posting etiquette that everyone is expected to observe. Kindly read the link I provided and the rules of the other forums. There is no excuse for ignoring them.
