Default How to move data - Macro not working

I have a spreadsheet with about 1000 rows and 6 columns. Below is a link to a screen show of 8 rows. You will notice that a name is listed 4 times with $$ on different rows. I need for all of the $$ to be on the top row for each name listed. I tried recording a macro, but I was not able to get it to work correctly. Is there a way to do this automatically without having to move each amount up manually.

In this example, C2 would move to C1, D3 would move to D1 and E4 would move to E1. I don't mind addressing each section of 4 names and automating just those and moving to the next 4. It's just very labor intensive to move each single amount.
