Default VBA Worksheets in Excel

Hi,
I can not see the pop-up window in VBA excel 2010 when I open the user forms. Can you please tell me how to see that?

That should be like;

Woorksheet 1
Woorksheet 2
Woorksheet 3
Woorksheet 4
and so on

But nothing beside the user form in my Excel VBA
Thanks.
Iraj.
