Exclamation Inserted Pictures from Local Data to cells column in excel

hello,

I have a case here about an excel.
I have to make my monthly report that consisting of only 3 columns.

First column (let's say column A) is an Article Code.
Second column (let's say column B) is an Article Description.
Third column (let's say column C) is an Article's Image.

Now the problem is, I have 15.782 article codes, and all the images are on my local data D: in my PC (bundled in one folder named "ReportPic").
How can I inserted all the images to the column C by the Article Code?
I mean, can I run this case like vlookup formula?

I really need help.

Thanks anyway.
