ComboBox : select image to insert in Sheet1

Hello all,

I have 2 jpg images inserted in Sheet1, 1 smile face and 1 sad face.

I also have an userform with a combobox.

How to :

Whenever a user selects "Yes" from combox, smile face would appear on active cell while "No" for sad face on active cell?
