Default Marking specific cells depending on start and end time entered

Hi,

I have attempted to think through this myself but am drawing a blank so any help would be appriciated.

I have a spread sheet with time intervals going across 1 row, 08:00, 09:00 etc.

If possible I need a formula in each cell of the row underneath, that if I specify the start and end time i.e 08:00-15:00 it will review the interval period above and show as a 1 if it sits within the time scale.

Any help would be greatly received!
