Default Pull the data from different closed workbooks paste into master vba

Dear Experts

I have multiple workbook saved in folder i want copy data from closed books and paste into mastersheet particular criteria is
sum the column F:F and average the column G:G after 20th rows



copy from
Month_FEB.xlsx
Month_JAN.Xlsx
Paste Into
Master.xlsx


Path is C:\Users\maninata\Desktop\Personal\Excelforum\VBA\ TASK_1

The inconsistent structure of your monthly workbooks makes consolidation more difficult than it need be. Whereas your Jan workbook has data in column A, your Feb workbook has the corresponding data in column B. It is unreasonable to expect a formula or macro to handle such inconsistencies.
