Default Active X Buttons Not Working

Hi All,
I'm having trouble with one or two of my reports in Excel 2010 which use Active X buttons. There's a small macro attached to each button which simply move the report to another page or activates a filter, nothing special. I've read that Microsoft released a security update a couple of months ago which caused this and i've been googling for a solution. I've tried a couple of fixes which are supposed to have been released by Microsoft to settle this problem but they haven't worked. Does anyone know a definite solution to this issue ?

Thanks

Hi,
I'm attaching a sample of how the report looks.....i've had to take quite a bit of material out. The buttons do actually work on my PC but other users can't get them to work which is the most annoying thing. I downloaded an update which was supposed to fix the problem (below) and it did so on my machine but didn't work on others. Thanks for having a look

Hi,

I looked at your file and was able to click each button with no problem.
Next question is the machines that do not work. What version of excel are they using?
Is it the same as yours?

Hi,
Most of them are 2010 but one or two are 2013...but the issue seems to be occurring in both versions. Even our IT guys are baffled.
This is a report that goes out every month and had been working fine up until around April and then it just stopped
