Default Excel to exe

Hello everyone....

I have 9 sheets that get some data from a website when I hit a button with some very simple vba code....

What I'm trying to do is to create an executable file to do this automatically....

I have a service that my clients receive the information by mail, but I want that they run this .exe and get this information when they want....

Another 2 things. I don't want that they access the code and this .exe needs to have some limitations (by time, keys passwords or anything else)....

I already found some compilers, but they are very expensive.... Do you know any free or cheap compiler???

Or another way to do what I want???

Thank you very much for any help you can give.....
