Default Excel, transfer data from Master Sheet to sub sheets, using key word from column

Good Morning to All,

I am seeking assistance regarding transfer of data from sheet 1 (master list) to other sheets in the workbook.

Sheet 1: Master Inventory List

1. Column A through Column R, with headers.
2. Column F is focal point of sorting by category, ie; computer, laptop, printer, scanner, digital sender, unknown.

What I would like to do is pull data from the master list, using key words "Computer or any of the sorted data" from column F. Transfer that data along with column A through Column R from each ROW to a new sheet, labeled after the sorted Data from column F

Thank you,

HI,

If I understand you correctly. You want to be able to "Click" on "Computer" in the Master sheet and have the data from Column "A" to the last column copied to the worksheet for "Computers"? Is this correct?

Default Yes sir, that is correct.

Yes Sir, that is correct. The same principle for "Laptop" and any other sorted data that is in column F. The key words from column F "Make/Model" transfer to the sub sheet that is labeled as the the same word from column F "Make/model". The data that follows would be all the data from column A to the end columns per row.

Thank you sir, for all your help.

Key word in column "F"? I do not see anything in column "F". Are you sure it's column "E"?

Also to let you know I have chores that I have to get done. But, will have a solution to you asap.

Hi,

Here's what I have.
I have it hard code to place the data to each worksheet. It will not add the data to the next empty row.
When you open the workbook "Double" click on the word "Computer". When you do this the code will copy the data that is in the same row as "Computer". I only test for "Computer".
Let me know if this is what you want so far.

"I am ready for the double excel sheet"? I'm not sure what you mean!
All you need to do is double click the product you want to copy the data to its own worksheet.
I do not have the code set to copy data to the next row. It will only copy the data to the same row each time you "Double" click the product.
If you do not want to use the double click method you can have a code that will loop down column "F" and copy the if to it's correct worksheet.
lso you need to formate the worksheets with "Headers" this way you can then have the data go to the next row. As mentioned I have it hard coded to populate each worksheet in row 2 only.
