Default VBA Conditional Formatting Error (Subscript out of Range))

Views: 10 Size: 39.0 KB">ConditionalFormatting_Error_Subscript_out_of_Range.xls

I did more than one conditional formatting but when it reached the last one (in VBA), an error emerged.
Please see the codes in the attached file.

Could anyone point me to why the error occurs?
Thank you!
