Thumbs up Revenue REcognition for Leasing business

Hi

I am working on Revenue Recognition calculation for a shopping centre

The first sheet is based on straightlining method where each month revenue recognized based on Total Lease Year Rentals/total months in lease year

The second sheet is based on actual cash accounting basis wherein the monthly recognition escalates with every year's rent escalation

Currently I am manually copy pasting the existing formula for each new lease line.

I would love to see one common formula which I can apply in all months cell and with Rent commencement dAte (RCD ) column variable, excel should calculate monthly revenue in both method.

Let me know how can I attach the excel file to this forum, so that it can make sense what I am referring above.

Let me know if this is possible,

Thanks Regards
Santosh
