I have an 'old' and a 'new' version of my spreadsheet. There are two completely separate xls files with similar content, but not all the columns match anymore because the new version was modified slightly.
Filenames: 'old' is named 'IV VersionOne Export 20150228.xlsm' 'new' is named 'IV VersionOne Export 20150320.xlsm' Both spreadsheets have a column named 'ID' that is a unique value. The 'old' version contains a column named 'WBS' that was dropped from the 'new' version. I want to put it back on my 'new' spreadsheet where the 'ID' values are the same. Is this possible? I have zero experience, but I'm willing to try to follow an example if someone has time to help me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
