Hi,

In the new workbook you nee to "Right Click" the Button. When you do this a popup should appear. You will then select "Assign Macro" you will assign "Custom Filter". This should work.

I also prefer to assign the macro to an autoshape. I stay away from active x controls ie. control buttons until I know that Microsoft has a hold on them. They corrupted several of my programs with their so called updates. So just put in any autoshape and then right click on it and select Assign Macro.

can you tell me how do i make one button to check all boxes in filter (for A colomn )
