Default Resorting a Book Index from names to pages

Hi,

it would be great, if someone could help my with my problem: I have an Index of a Book. As usual this Index is sorted by keywords and has a list of page-numbers on which each keyword occurs attached to it, e.g.:

"Einstein, Albert: 3, 6, 64, 124" or
"Newton, Isaac: 2, 3, 4, 56"

I would like to resort this Index from "keyword -> page-numbers" to "page-number -> keywords", e.g.:

"page 2: Newton, Isaac"
"page 3: Einstein, Albert / Newton, Isaac"

Please have a look at the attached file.

Thank you very much in advance for your help!

Edit: I forgot this: There are three types of page-ranges, i.e.:

"12f" means: 12, 13
"12ff" means: 12, 13, 14
"12-15" means: 12, 13, 14, 15

So, I think, I need a tool to convert these types into a list of page-numbers before doing (in a second step) the resorting.
TIA!
