Hi

If I've got it right, you want to sumarize the last four cells to the left of the selected cell, that's how it works:

Sub Do_Sum()
With ActiveCell
    If .Column > 4 Then
        .FormulaR1C1 = "=Sum(RC[-4]:RC[-1])"
    End If
End With
End Sub
