Default Attaching/Saving Embedded Objects

I am building a manual intake form. The user will fill out the necessary fields of the form. Sometimes the user will need to add an attachment/embedded object when completing the form. Here is my problem. I need a macro that will browse for a file (all file types: doc, excel, pdf and etc), then allows the user to attach a document to the form. The name of the Excel worksheet is name "Manual Intake Request"...Is it possible to save the attachment/embedded object in cell A105 of the "Manual Intake Request" worksheet of my workbook?
I would like to save the document(s) to a specified file location on the C drive. But before the document is saved, I would like to rename the attachment based off the information in a cell located on Sheets("Data").Range ("O3"). Finally after the document has been renamed and saved, I would like to delete the attachment/embedded object from the workbook. Can you help me??? Please....
