Default inventory database


I have a database i am currently working on i have 5 columns 1 is total stock 2 is allocation 3 is free stock 4 is wip 5 is ship, i want the alloction to show in free stock has a deduction but not in total stock until i ship it. Then when i receive anything out if wip i want it to add to total stock.

I want to help you but it is difficult to understand the result. You have explained the layout of your project but no example as to how it should look with the correct formulas / code. Could you either provide an example or upload a sample book with the desired result.
