This is not simple and you have given us no information anyone could work with.

Quite apart from the fact we know nothing about your database structure, the coding to extract your data from the database requires an SQL query and we can't do that without detailed knowledge of the database. And, just to make it more difficult, that query would probably have to be run from a macro (i.e. using VBA) in the workbook and we don't know anything about its structure or where you want the data to go.
