Default Excel pivot table with a DATE value field for some reason stops at a certain date

Hello,

I'm attaching an example of the Excel spreadsheet I'm working with. We're entering details and then I create a Pivot Table on a separate sheet (which you can see in the "Summary" tab). I choose DATE to be my row value, but for some reason it stops showing data after 3/21/14. I have tried recreating the pivot table, clearing all filters, etc. but it always stops at 3/21/14. It's strange because I used the same Excel file to create different spreadsheets for different users, and most of them (except for one ) will show all dates, but this one stops at 3/21/14. Any ideas? Thanks for all your help! I'm really at a loss here.
