Default Parse date and time from one cell and paste it to another for all files in a folder?

Can any of you make a macro that, for all files in a folder, parses the date and time from cell B2 and paste it to cell W1 ?

The text in cell B2 always has the following format:
"Requested" + "serial number which has 10-17 characters" + "(US)" + "on" + "time in military time + date in mm/dd/yyyy format" which would like something like "Requested 393926326osel5105 (US) on 06/26/2014, 13:58"
