Default Naming files

Hi,
Perhaps the best way to name the files is to version them by a prefix date/time? I use the following convention since it sorts nicely into ascending or descending order;
2014070109:00
Year, Month, Day, Time (24 hours clock) followed by the name; Polycom_HikaShop.

My apologies for my tardiness, but my business partner is in town - we are setting up our large-scale Enterprise Software company for the ASEAN region as accredited IBM Business Partners for the new ASEAN economic zone which come into force next year - exciting times ahead.
