I'm noticing commands that use <> frequently. Could someone explain what it means? Here's an example:

If ws.Name <> "Master"

Thanks!

<> means
NOT EQUAL

try a formula like

=IF( A1<>"", "A1 does not have a blank cell", "A1 is blank")
