Hi Tomlam,
Is it possible to supply a sample workbook instead of a PDF? Then supply more detail on what you are trying to do. Thanks. |

Hi
We just want the item 4 ,5,6 can move to anthoer column as my attached name "final" files from the named "original" files . Sheet1 name "original" and sheet 2 name "final" automatically. how to write the vba code ? (that is the programme run when meet item 4,5,6 then the programme can cut and paste the item4,5,6 information to another column)because number of item 1,2,3,4,5,6 will change from time to time(that is the total number of rows will change from time to time). but the item number 1,2,3,4,5,6 will not change Thanks Tomlam |

What are the rules that determine which data belong in columns G-K?

Hi Paul
Yes u are right. The item 4 , item 5, item 6 should belong to column G-k. when there is only 1 sheet which show item 1-6, then we handle by our hand easily. when there is over 100 sheets which show similar things. then we need VBA code to help us. Tks Tom merry christmas and happy new year |

That's all very well, but what are the rules (ie how does the code decide which data go where)?
