Extraction of employees no longer in service
Hello everybody,
in a list or data in the range from A2 to S10 but it could be larger, I should extrapolate the people who are no longer in service in the file that I attach as an example the people who satisfy the request are Balduzzi joe hired on 05/10/2015 and terminated 16/12/2018 line 3; summary 01/28/2019 and terminaded 08/20/2020 line 7 therefore no longer works. Baccinelli Peter hired 25/2/2019 terminated 13/02/2022 |

In cell T2:
Code:
=COUNTIFS($K$2:$K$10,"",$B$2:$B$10,B2)=0 This assumes that a blank column K (DT_Cessazione) means that person is still employed. This results in True/False. You can use this formula in conditional formatting and in whatever you mean by 'Extraction' or 'extrapolate'. |

Hello and thanks
for the answer; in inserting the formula in T2 it gives me this error (in Italian the formula is CONTA.SE) =CONTA.SE(K$2:$K$10,"",$B$2:$B$10,B2)=0 |
