Can Word 2007 support graphs?

Hi.

I want to add a very simple rader graph to a form that people can fill in.

is it possible for word to do this? (and yes, I've tried copy and pasting from Excel)

okay, ive found how to make one in word by going through Insert>chart etc

what i want to do able to do is restrict the heading and the data the client can answer.

is this possible?
