Insert text in photograph in Word Document

I have recently imported a photograph of 40 work colleagues into a work document and then inserted individual text boxes to identify each of their names. The work transferred into a different mode with the names separating into a different screen similar to a second layer and completion of the document not possible.



I would welcome any comment on this problem or any alternative method of achieving the result of producing an imported photo with text added to allow a meaningful document to be produced.

You can group the textboxes / shapes with the names. Possibly together with the photo.

The code there inserts all the pictures into a table of whatever cell sizes you specify, with captions above or below derived from the filenames for each image.
