How do I batch insert photos into individual table columns all at once?
Hi All.
Thanks for taking the time to read this. Hopefully you can help? I have attached a screen shot for visual aid in regards to the outcome I'm looking for. 1, what I need is to insert up to 200+ photos (depending on the report) into a table each with their own column and a column below for captions. 2, The columns to have fixed dimensions as follows: The photo column Height 5cm Width 8.5cm The caption column Height 1.05cm Width 8.5cm I know I can drag and drop pics into the columns, or click insert for each individual photo. These methods obviously work, but are tedious and time consuming. It would be much appreciated if someone knew a way to do this or have a macros? Please see attached screen shot. I can provide more if needed. Thanks. |

Did you look at the Automate the Insertion of Multiple Images into a Document 'Sticky' thread at the top of this page?
