Default convert embeded picture

hi!
I want to convert this embed word picture in a normal picture such the result of the copy/paste a bitmap. I can do it with Home>Paste>Paste Special>Bitmap
  1. I want to ask that this is the normal way or is there a special way to convert it?
  2. I don't know how my picture has ended in embed format so I also want to ask how I can create an embed picture from a jpg/png file?

You will lose graphic quality by copying it that way. The number of pixels you get will vary (resampling) with the physical size of the image and Word does not do a good job at resampling graphics.

The way to get the graphics out of Word at the original/maximum quality is to extract them directly from the ZIP file. See the instructions in the section titled Extracting all images by changing the file to a zip format in this page
How to Extract All Pictures from a Microsoft Word Document (or Just One or Two)

In the first post I talked about my embed word picture, but unfortunately it could not be uploaded because of its size, now I have archived it so it could be seen.

So how can I convert this picture into the fastest way without any additional steps (without save as picture or rename the .docx to zip). I mention that I don't need it elsewhere and I don't care about the picture's quality, I want to use it as a normal inline element with the smallest size possible (but readable ).

You RAR file is in a protected folder so I can't look at what you linked to.

If the graphic quality isn't important to you then have you tried Right Clicking and choose Save As Picture...
