Insert one of your newspaper images, then Right click > Text Wrapping > In front of Text
Now use the resize handles to resize the image to your preferred size > Position as required. You can also rotate the image if you need to.
Insert the second newspaper image, and repeat the Wrapping > Resize to make it the same as the first image > Reposition as required
You can select one, or, both of the images, and you can experiment with the colour modes, contrast or Brightness settings, should you want to, depending on your requirements or theme.

Note: The text in your newspaper images maybe hard to read or even unreadable due to the resizing to fit within an A4 page size.
