Default Recreating a graphic

Hey everyone, I am trying to recreate from scratch a graphic. If you look at the attachment you will see a graphic to the left of the gentleman's head. I would like to create a similar graphic but am not sure what functions within Word I should be using and what the first step is. I looked in SmartArt and I couldnt find anything closely related. Please let me know if anyone out there has experience creating graphics like this. Thank you.

Default

It’s fairly easy to recreate the graphic you have shown.
It’s a case of inserting a number of Text Boxes, Shapes and images/photos then adding your content within the boxes.
The typed text would be formatted to your requirements (font. Size, colour etc) and border lines and shape fill can be left as default, or changed/formatted also to your requirements.
Positioning is a factor as well as ‘Wrapping’ (in front of or behind other ‘objects’) in the document.
When the first ‘graphic’ is created, it can be used as a template and this can be duplicated (select all objects - draw around all wanted) and dragged (copied) underneath the first.
This can then be repeated for subsequent boxes etc.
Anything not required in the duplicate(s) can be removed/reformatted/resized/recoloured to suit.
My example in the video below uses options in the Tabs/Ribbon as well as options from right clicking Text Boxes (borders)/Images etc.
When you have finished creating either one or all of the graphics, you can select ‘All’ of them and right click on a border to group them together.
You can copy, then paste the group into a new document.
In the new document, the graphic can be un-grouped depending on the paste options. Pasting as an image allows resizing in proportion.

Click the image below to get an idea how to create the graphic you have shown.
I have used Word 2019.
