Default Alt text is missing in the Layout & Properties (Format Picture)

Hi

I use office 365 and I noticed that the alt text is missing in Layout & Properties (Format Picture). I need to use the alt text to add the title (alt text) into the picture in Word 2016, but it is not available in this pane (Format Picture). I can use the right-click menu (Edit Alt Text), but in this case, I can only add the description (alt text), but not the title (alt text), which is required to finish one of my exercises.

Windows 7
Microsoft Office 365 (2016)
Internet Explorer 11

How can I activate alt text in Layout & Properties (Format Picture)?

Is there any other way to add the title to pictures.

I do not have this issue with tables.

Can you help me?
