How to put letter A in between this arrows?

I am trying to put A in between this arrows.



I drew Text Box in between the arrows & put A in it.

but problem is I can't able to put A little upwards. If I try to put it then upper line gets disturbed like this:



I attached docx file also with the diagram. please fix that letter part.

Select the Text Box > Format shape > Fill > No Fill



You can then use the Arrow keys to fine tune the moving of the box.
You could also resize the Text Box to make it a little smaller with the resize handles if a fill is wanted, but you are likely to chop off some of the font.
