Question How to automatically resize images and place them to neeeded positions

Hi, i'm radiologist, i need to place many screenshots from cbct to word document, now i manually ajust width and relative position of pics, can you help me to build macro to resize images and place them in correct places. Some pics all page width, some equal width side by side, some smaller, plus i add text Pic.1,2,3 above them.
