Placing Word symbols into the margin
I have been assigned the task of identifying some of the material in our manuals by placing symbols in the margin next to the paragraph. I know how to do this with graphics, but how about Word symbols? For example, the graduation cap next to the paragraph on education. Thanks! |

You could insert a textbox into the margin as you would a graphic, then insert the symbol into that.
