Header background color opacity
Hello,
I've purchased a Word template for proposals and I'm trying to change parts of it. I'm a total newbie when it comes to designing in Word and now I'm stuck. There's a header section with a light grey background color, a logo and some contact information: http://tinypic.com/r/mviy5c/9 Now, I want to change that background color to green and managed to do it in FORMAT -> SHAPE FILL. Now it looks like that: http://tinypic.com/r/34fjo5w/9 But when I close the header and footer edit option, this is the result I get: http://tinypic.com/r/16bdp1d/9 It seems like my green color is washed out with some opacity change or something and I can't figure out how I can change that. Please guide me, thank you in advance. |

Most likely what you're seeing is the washed-out look that Word uses to display header & footer content when you're not actually editing the header or footer. It shouldn't affect the print, though.
