Default "Linking" an arrow to textbox

Is there anyway to associate an arrow to a textbox, such that when you move the textbox to another area of the Word document, the arrow automatically follows the textbox, adjusting its length and direction?

I can snap an arrow to the textbox object, but have had no luck "linking" the two. When I move the textbox, the arrow stays exactly where it was originally placed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
