Only first line of Text box is printing
In a Word document I have inserted a fancy border then inserted a photo onto the page followed by a text box below the photo. When printing, the graphic and the photo are displayed but only the first line of text in the text box prints out. I have tried all sorts of combinations by selecting various parts of the layout like grouping, Sending forward and back and so on. I have checked display options and made sure the check box is on for 'Print drawings created in Word' I am quite willing to upload a typical page which will become part of story book.

Without actually seeing the problem document, it can be difficult for anyone to diagnose the issue. Can you attach a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.

Paul, thanks for your rapid response. It is so typical of me to solve my problem once I have asked the question. I suddenly remembered past work where I used the 'Insert new drawing canvas" I immediately redid my layout using this device and Voila! All my work on the page printed out correctly - no missing text! Hope this helps anyone else trying to multi task different applications in a Word document.
