Default Resizing image

I have an image I'd like to resize to these dimensions: top to bottom .9" and left to right 2". I set the height to .9 but when I try to set the width to 2" the height changes too. How do I set both dimensions independently? Thanks in advance.

Click the down arrow at the bottom right corner of the Size group on the context sensitive Picture Format tab and uncheck 'Lock Aspect Ratio'. The picture will of course then distort to accommodate your measurements.
