How to make gridlines in cells of tables in MS Word 2007

Default How to make gridlines in cells of tables in MS Word 2007

I want to make a table where there are multiple cells and within each cell I have the option of making gridlines.

Right now I can only figure out how to make a table of only gridlines or a table of only cells.
