Default 1.image in a table 2.right click 3.menu click format 4.a format column appears


How do I keep that column with the formatting options from appearing? It does not have the option I most often use and simply reduces the space on the screen with the result of adding multiple steps. I put many images into tables and the extra "clicks" adds up and becomes tiresome . . .

If you know what formatting option you want to use, you could create a macro that activates it and assign the macro to a keyboard shortcut. I'm not sure what you're after, though as, when I right-click on an image in a table (or anywhere else), the context menu displays 'Format Picture' (not 'Format') and clicking that displays the 'Format Picture' form.
