Default How to manipulate the entire image?

I downloaded a MS Timeline template. It's largely comprised of a long rectangle with text box arrows along the spine (attached).

I can cut/paste, move and duplicate either a text box or the long rectangle.

What I'm trying to do unsuccessfully is copy the entire timeline (rectangle and boxes) as a unit and either duplicate it on the same page or move it. All my efforts result in the bar leaving the boxes behind?
