Word 2007 text box and/or table row moves when saving as pdf
I created a template with company logo, then below inserted a text box with the address. This is on pages 1 and 3. After the form is completed then it is saved as a word docx and then converted to pdf. On my pc it works fine. On another user the 3rd pg text box moves off the page. I've also tried doing it as insert a table with just one row. It still works fine on mine but it drops down on the other pc. Any suggestions. |

Word's page layout is dependent on the attached printer driver. Consequently, changes such as this are quite common when moving from one platform to another. To ensure both platforms display the page(s) exactly the same way, they'd need to use the same OS & Office versions and the same printer driver.

As we are located in different buildings and cities the printer driver is my issue. Thanks for the information.
