Default Templates and pictures

My first post here:

I have a template made in Word. The background is a fullsize illustration and on top of this there two textcolums. When I try to insert a picture in the textcolumn it gets hidden partly behind the textcolumn. I want to embed the picture in the textbox but I am unable to do so. All options about wrapping are unavailable. I can make an new field and place the ilustration in it but then it laying on top and is not embedded and not moving with tthe text.

Does anyone has a solution?

Could you attach your attempt so far, I'll see if I can figure a solution for you!

Thank you!

I have figured it out yesterday. The trick was the lineheight. A placed illustration took the lineheight of a single sentence. By creating a style with a big lineheight especially to use for illustrations the illustration appeared normaly and moves around with the text.
