Default Issue with Smartart

Hi everyone,
This is my first part and I am very happy to be part of this community ! I have a question about Smartart in Word (2013). I am trying to display a process but I cannot find the way to create it in my Word document.
Since a picture is worth a thousand words, this is the process I want to draw :

Your help is greatly appreciated =)
Silvio

What's hard about that? See attached. I'll leave the fine-tuning to you.

Thank you Macropod,
I appreciate your help but that was not really the answer I was looking for because, unlike Smartarts, the shapes of your file don't move together. Then they become a pain in the .. when it comes to editing the whole document.
In the end I found a solution and I'll leave it here for the next people looking for an answer: You need to Insert shapes to your file and put them the way you like. Then select each of them and click on Drawing Tools, Format/Group. They will become a nice smartart you can move, extend or shrink easily =)
I attach my result !
Thanks again for the help =)

Yes, if you want to be able to move/resize the items together, you can group them; but that is not what you asked about in your original post, which only suggested an inablility to create them. I deliberately didn't group them because that makes it harder to move/resize the individual elements and, as I said, I was leaving the fine-tuning of those aspects to you...
