For the diamond characters, I'd suggest installing an appropriate font. A web search for 'diamond font' will doubtless turn up some possibilities.
For the double underlining, Word provides that as standard.

Thanks, Paul. I see the double underline feature. Also, I see diamond fonts on AbstractFonts.com and on FontSpace.com that might work, but I'm a little hesitant about getting a virus. I do see one review warning about it. Do you have any experience with these or others that you recommend?
