Hi gracelutheran,

If you could attach a document to a post containing both versions of the image, I may be able to diagnose the problem. You can attach a document via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab.

Default Document attached

Hi there,

Thank you so much for your response! I have been away from work but am back now. A document is attached. And actually this time the graphic was gray when inserted and dragged, these are the 2 on top. The third graphic is white and the difference is that I converted it to a jpeg before inserting it. The problem is all the graphics I get from the internet weekly are .tiff files and they are gray. It would be very inconvenient if I had to convert every one.

Thanks!
Crissy
