"Willing to learn" is a great thing, asumner—and I'm not being facetious or even ironic—but there's no way to write a program to do something unless you already know the steps you'd take to do the task manually. Do you? Because I don't :-). If you can write down the steps you would take to create such a schedule manually, then I can show you how to translate them into VBA statements.
